Adem\u00e1s, las decoraciones hechas de aj\u00ed amarillo y otros productos peruanos alegran a los clientes y a\u00f1aden a la viveza del restaurante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para entender m\u00e1s sobre el restaurante, la comida, y la cultura, nos sentamos con el chef ejecutivo Victoriano Lopez. \u00c9l describi\u00f3 ser cocinero como \u201cun ni\u00f1o que va jugando con cosas y al final del resultado sale una mezcla divertida que a todo el mundo le gusta.\u201d Esa mentalidad encarna su pasi\u00f3n y dedicaci\u00f3n por la comida y la innovaci\u00f3n. Cuando se sienta a comer, cada mesa recibe una orden de papas de taro con una salsa picante de jalape\u00f1os ahumados. El halibut estuvo fenomenal y muy fresco (Victoriano me dijo que \u00e9l consigue el pescado fresco cada ma\u00f1ana a las cuatro).
